Our HiQ Centres are run by local, trustworthy staff who will only ever carry out the work you need doing at a price that's right. Free of jargon, we'll explain everything in an approachable and reassuring way. And with HiQ you don't have to worry about hidden charges, because there aren't any. Ever.
Commitment to customer service
To make sure we're delivering on our promises, we always aim to go the extra mile. We believe that to provide the best service, you need the best technicians. The Automotive Technician Accreditation is a scheme aimed at raising the standard of garages in the UK, with technicians needing to pass a practical assessment. We aim to have all 700 of out technicians ATA approved by the end of 2012.
Your opinion matters
Our centres are regularly mystery shopped, both by phone and in person to ensure we're meeting our high HiQ standards. And we also ask all our customers to provide feedback and online reviews, so everyone can see the customer satisfaction ratings for each store. All this keeps us on our toes. And keeps us working hard to provide the best fast fit experience we can.
