i booked my ford foucs in for an Mot friday the 15th march it was booked in for 9am i got there and the maneger was very very helpfull it was a fantactic service the staff was very polite and you cant get better on price hq will not rip you off on price.and i had the car back with me at 9.50am fast service and best garage in aylesbury i go back agian.

went to get an MOT last year they booked it in for 9am and by 11am they not even started it by 12pm they started it 1 hour i waited for it service was poor very poor.when i went to pay for the MOT they charged me 40 pounds when i had a quote of 25 pounds they had a half price deal on MOT,s i was not happy i did not pay that price they just rip you off that garage is nothing but a joke.if anyone goes there you got to have a hole in your head.bad bad service.

Stuart quoted me a great price on my Mazda break pad, more than half of what was being quoted at the main dealers. Excellent customer service with frank honest advice offered. Would definitely recommend to others!

Great garage. Booked car in for a full service and timing belt change. Contacted me before making any further additions ie new brake pads required.
Staff where helpful and booked the car in on my required day.
A small suggestion would be to rent out cars to people having there own car in the garage for a full day as not everyone lives close?

they ok but need to speed up at bit last time i went to get my car mot i sat in there office for a hour and my car was book in for 10 oclock in moring did not get it back till 12pm so you need to seed up a bit

Thank you for you feedback for the second time, as I've noticed this was an incident that happened on the 5th March 2012, when you choose to wait for your MOT until we could fit it in, then proceeded to complain for having to wait.
Since then you have visited our centre for additional services and you seemed quite happy with the quality of our service, hence my amazement to see the same incident revisited!
We have not seen your vehicle this year for MOT as yet but will only be too happy to accommodate you at your convenience.
