Used a couple of weeks ago. Car Mot'd needed tyres. HiQ Chelmsford supplied and fitted within 24hrs of asking. Very favourable price. Service efficient and polite as usual. Car stayed clean and smear free. I have found other outlets leave dirty greasy marks both inside and outside the car. Waiting area pleasant and fresh smelling too.

I left my car at the garage in the morning at. 8:30 and the car was ready to collect when I finished work as promised.  very pleased with my new brakes and the service!

I have just had to have 5 new tyres for a car that was being taken to Spain to live and your branch in Chelmsford were the only people in the area that were interested in helping me. They went out of their way to get the tyres delivered and fitted in time for me to catch the ferry, a great team you have in Chelmsford who I will recommend to friends.

On 10.12.12 you fitted two new front tyres, told me that the wheel alignment was imperfect, and asked if I wanted that corrected. I did. You did it. It all took about 25 minutes. I should add that you lived up to the promise not to do unnecessary work. The tyres might have lasted a little longer, & you said so. They were changed by my choice.

Not the cheapest around, but excellent value given the approach of all staff I have met - from the Franchisee to the Mechanics.  There is no "overquoting", and none of the "garage-macho" nonsense that used to make me dread visits for services, MOTs, tyres, etc.  This alone is worth an extra tenner here or there!

I have visited Hi-Q Chelmsford twice to date, and intend to make them my first choice from now on, having previously always visited dealerships.

My MOT was done second time with HiQ Chelmsford, and again i am very happy. The service was honest and without any unnecessarily repairs, what have to be done have to be done. As always nice stuff and excellent job done.

After suffering a flat tyre, the last thing I need was an expensive bill to replace it. I called Hi-Q who gave me a sensible quote and I took the car to them a half an hour later.

The service I got was polite, efficient, professional and it didn?t hurt my wallet. I was out of the garage by the time I'd drunk a cup of complimentary coffee.
