HiQ Master Technician

Experienced within in a fast fit franchise? Qualified to master technician level (NVQ Level 3 or a City & Guilds equivalent) or very close?

If you answered yes to both, then you could be a perfect fit for our Master Technician role.

A clean driving licence is preferred, and we insist all our staff deliver the 'excellence of service' that our customers expect from us.

You'll also need to be capable of repairing and servicing vehicles, diagnosing faults, and dealing with customer queries.

HiQ Centre Manager

Are you driven, ambitious and looking for a new challenge? If yes, then you could be exactly the sort of person we're looking for.

You'll have full responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre - including maximising sales, turnover and profitability - making sure that the highest levels of customer service are delivered at all times.

Ideally, you'll have previous retail management experience gained within an automotive fast fit environment. As well as having a proven track record in building and motivating a successful team, you will also be proactive, an efficient organiser, possess excellent communication skills and be capable of making everyday business decisions.
