Booked a M O T & service and then had to change the day. Staff were able to book me in at days notice. The staff were very helpfull and kept me informed. The MOT failed with a small repair and no charge for retake of M O T. iwould recomend HiQ TO Anybody.Excelent servie and very good price.

The reason I always use HiQ is that I had to come 3 times before they were prepared to change my tyres i.e. they don't change your tyre unless it is absolutely necessary. Unlike your main service dealer who recommended that my tyre should have been changed 9 months ago!

Took my car for an MOT which it duly failed. The reasons were fully explained and valid. In fact Tim and Arron went out of their way to rectify the problems they found before they issued the failure notice. The work required was carried out by Hi Q the very next morning. Again Arron and Tim went that extra mile to sort minor issues at no cost. I was extremely impressed at the level of service I received and my eventual bill. Peter Colgate kept me informed about the work and was at all times professional. Well done and thanks.

Booked my car into the Ipswich Hi-Q after I had just relocated from Plymouth, where again I was a customer at their excellent branch. The staff were very thorough and went out of their way to ensure that they helped fix the issue with my car, all at a very reasonable price. Will be visiting again and recommend them to anyone considering taking their car here.
