A price was quoted for 2 tyres, which was placed in diary for next day fitting. After paying I realized I had been overcharged by around £20. the staff were not at all helpful and manager offered me a cheaper MOT but no refund. Due to always having my vehicle MOT'd elsewhere that was not suitable. After leaving car all day I discovered the tyres were fitted to the wrong wheels and the worn tyres were very obvious. No apologies from staff nor HIQ, after complaining to HIQ. I shall avoid in future.

My visit to this store was more than satisfactory, very friendly staff and job got done very quickly. A job that was quoted by Honda for £1500, they charged me £500!! i couldn't believe the difference, definately return.
