Keith is a part owner and operational manager for HiQ Tunbridge Wells.

He has spent 34 years in the car retail industry originally completing an apprenticeship and then subsequently working in management for some of the most high profile car dealer retail groups in the UK and SE England.

During his time with these organisations he has won both dealer and manufacturer awards for business performance and in particular customer care and satisfaction. It is real customer care that he see's has been missing from the 'Fast Fit' style business model. Together in partnership with HiQ he aims to bring a level of customer service rarely if ever seen with this type of operation.

His blend or technical knowledge, business management experience and customer handling skills will ensure that your expectations are met or exceeded. He will ensure that every effort is made by the HiQ team to deliver a fast and efficient solution to your car problem, providing a trustworthy service that represents great value for money.

Luke Crofts

Luke Crofts was the first employee of HiQ Tunbridge Wells.

He has fourteen years experience including the completion of his apprenticeship. Those years have been spent gathering an enviable depth of experience working on all brands of car from Audi's to Yugo's and everything in between! As you may imagine there is not many car problems he has not seen, although some are more challenging than others! However he never gives up.

Luke has been an MOT tester for six years so has a thorough understanding of the process that VOSA expect us to follow when testing your car or van. HiQ provide him with the very latest automated MOT test lane that enables him to complete the test correctly on your vehicle efficiently and accurately. He is always on hand and very happy to take you through the results and any advisories that may have come up in the inspection.

A bit of a 'Petrol Head' he has rebuilt, restored and modified may of his own cars over the years, far too many to mention! Certainly his aptitude and interest will be of benefit to you when he works on your car.

In 2011 Luke passed his Automotive Technician Accreditation assessment making him one of a number in the UK that now holds such a qualification. In 2012 he will raise the bar and take the next level. This provides you with peace of mind that his skills have been independently evaluated.
