How do I order my tyres?

It’s easy peasy – to get started just pop in your vehicle reg and postcode here. Next, choose your fitment at the most convenient HiQ centre for you. Then we’ll show you all of the tyres that they offer that are right for you, so that you can book your fitting. Get started here.

What is Click Fit Go?

Click Fit Go is simply our snappy name for our online booking system. It makes picking the right tyre and time for you so simple. Why not give Click Fit Go a spin and see what you think?

The tyre brand I want isn’t listed. What should I do?

We’re proud to stock a huge range of tyres so we’re sorry you’re finding it tricky to get the ones you want. We’d recommend giving the centre a call to double check – they might have them, or be able to get them for you. Find their details by searching for them here.

I don’t know my fitment?

Fear not, we can help you figure this out – use our vehicle reg search to look it up here.

What happens after I place my order?

We’ll send it to the HiQ you chose and send you a message to let you know it’s all confirmed. Then the centre will contact you to let you know your order is ready.

When will you charge me?

We don’t charge anyone until their tyres are fitted and we know they’re happy – that includes you.

Is my credit transaction secure?

What credit transaction? You never pay online at hiqonline.co.uk, only in store after we know you’re happy.

Is fitting included in the price?

Yes, fitting is always included in our prices.

Is VAT included in the price?

Yes, VAT is always included in the total price shown online.

Can I change my order?

Changed your mind? No problem. Give your HiQ centre a call and they can sort this out for you. Find their details by searching for them here.

Can I cancel my order?

Don’t need your order now? No problem. Give your HiQ centre a call and they can sort this out for you. Find their details by searching for them here.

What is your refund policy?

You only pay for your tyres in store once you are completely happy, so refunds aren’t normally necessary. If you’d like to talk to someone call our customer services team on 0800 0214 500.

I haven’t received a confirmation email?

We’re sorry about that - please give your HiQ centre a call to confirm they’ve received your order. Find their details by searching for them here.

What is a tyre pressure reminder?

Keeping your tyres at tip top pressure is important for safety and performance, so we offer handy reminders via text or email to, well, remind you. Interested? Sign up for yours here.
