Brilliant Centre - my tyres were not in stock (Good Friday), so I expected to have to either wait until the following week or go elsewhere. Jeff, my contact, said that he could get them for the following day. Wow! at 2pm on that same Good Friday, Jeff phoned me to say my tyres had arrived and he could fit them that same afternoon! I had asked for all four tyres to be changed - Jeff told me that I only need the front two changing - this saved me one hell of a lot of cash. Thank you to the staff that dealt with the tyre change - extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. "I'll be back".

Visited HiQ Cannock as I work at AvailableCar and needed a local garage to drop my car to while I was at work. Being a bigger chain, I always expected HiQ to be higher priced than little garages or less well known garages but after the visit all I can say is I am very impressed. I had the full service, an engine flush and they also fitted brake pads I had supplied and the price still came to less than I previously paid at my local garage in Dudley, not only this but all the staff I dealt with were very pleasant! I will definitely recommend people to come to HiQ Cannock! Very impressed!

Took my BMW Estate there for a puncture repair. The member of staff came out to look and instantly started telling me i had odd tyres and that my rear ones were not run flats. Told me that the car shouldn't be on the road and that i would need to buy 2 new rear tyres. As it's my other half's car luckily I rang him and drove elsewhere. The guy at the other garage instantly identified them as fun flats and showed me where it's stamped on the wheel! Really disappointed in the scare tactics used to try and make a sale! And if it was genuine then your staff need training.

I booked a service and MOT for my Alpha Gulietta I arrived and the guys I met where friendly and told me they would be about 4hrs and would not do any other work with out phoning me.About four hours later i was told car was ready ..Again the guys were very helpful .But then the bad point they had not been able to reset the service lights on the car as they didnt have the equipment for my particular car.This is very anoying as i now have to take it else ware and pay for some one to do this .I feel that at the time of booking i should have been told this .... as the guy doing the job thought i had been ...So although the guys working there did a great job i feel let down by the company ...

Visited the centre today for a new tyre on a VW Polo. Very friendly guys, comfortable waiting room and reasonable price. Will certainly recommend HiQ

Visited in Feb 2015 Ti have tracking fine on my Tigra. Was greeted by a lovely bunch of guys who made me a drink, made me laugh and treated me well. I was told that my tracking was fine and it was my balancing that needed doing. Any other place would have ripped me off. Really impressed. Thank you.â??

  2. This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding HiQ/Goodyear Dunlop Tyres UK Limited employees and their immediate families, participating tyre dealers and their employees, Goodyear Dunlop and HiQ agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  3. Only one entry per household per visit.
  4. Offer ends 31st December 2016.
  5. No cash alternative is available and all rewards are non transferable.
  6. A winner will be selected at random under independent supervision from all valid entries on a monthly basis.
