An absolute disgrace. I only wish I had read these reviews before going to this garage. I took my car in asking them to correct a loose bracket for my exhaust, look at a slow puncture and check my cars tracking. Walked away with new break discs, new break pads, coil and several other parts, and a £436.00 bill (which was quoted to me a £236 on the phone when I initially agreed for the repairs to be carried out - not double the price!). This is all relatively ok though as these parts may have needed replaced and I agreed to the work, not the £200.00 added surprise. The part that really concerns me is that my power steering no longer works and they deny any responsibility to do with it. The way I was spoken to by Willy and his sarcastic manner "we'll we can go and take the parts back out again if you want" was not appreciated. The power steering was fine before I took it there apart from the tracking being a little off - when I picked it up I felt like there was no power steering at all! Complete lack of responsibility and lack of customer service. Absolute cowboys and would never use this facility again and would advise others to do the same. Thanks for nothing Mcconechy's!

I went with my car as the tyre was flat and the sensor was on they called me 1 hr later to say it was fixed the tyre was ok but just needed cleaning which they charged me £25 YES FOR CLEANING A TYRE after a couple of weeks went back and Willy the receptionist (I only knew his name as mid through my conversation he just walked off to answer the phone) said that all tyres would need to get checked at a cost of £24 each but due to his customer service I declined he was so abrupt and rude maybe I should of paid 4x £24 just so he could get some money towards a customer service coarse STAY CLEAR ABSOLUTLY SHOCKING SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

  1. No purchase necessary. To enter the prize draw simply complete the feedback form telling us about your HiQ experience and submit this online within 90 days of your invoice date. Only entries received on the official form will be deemed valid.
  2. This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding HiQ/Goodyear Dunlop Tyres UK Limited employees and their immediate families, participating tyre dealers and their employees, Goodyear Dunlop and HiQ agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  3. Only one entry per household per visit.
  4. Offer ends 31st December 2016.
  5. No cash alternative is available and all rewards are non transferable.
  6. A winner will be selected at random under independent supervision from all valid entries on a monthly basis.
  7. The first entry selected will win £100 in Love2Shop vouchers redeemable as outlined in the voucher suppliers terms and conditions.
