Lovely friendly staff, would highly recommend for their customer service. Took car in for a wheel alignment and not only was the price great, the service and attention to detail was good too. Another fault highlighted and now fixed so my car is now running as it should - really impressed.

Arrived at branch at 0825 on Tues 31st. Checked car in at 0830 and explained what was wrong. Female staff said it would be done that day and would not be a big job. Left my mobile phone. Was told I would be called to let me know what's going on. Got no call all day. I phoned them instead at twelve o'clock and got panned off. So I walked into branch to give other mobile contact as phone was running out of battery. They took number and Colin said they prob would not get to work on my car as they are fully booked. Felt annoyed because there wasting my time dropping car in early when I'm at work when I could have gone to one of many garages. There was no sorrys or calls rest of day. Why do you take cars in if you can't work on them ? I could see all throughout day other cars were taken with minimal work before mine even though I was sitting outside garage at 0825 waiting for store to open. Please can you work on your staffs communication skills and training in honesty, honour and customer care. Felt really angry but kept the head got my keys and got out of there. Will never be back and make sure I'll tell everyone I know in leven never to go there. Poor.

Went in because of a screeching noise coming from the engine usually associated with the fan belt just to get it checked out. Even though my car was there for nearly 6 hours until i got a phone call to say it was ready, they'd greased the belt which was otherwise fine, topped up the levels under the bonnet and checked my tyres all free of charge. Great service; just a shame I had to wait so long.

Hi i just popped in on the off chance that they could check my tyres as i knew they needed replaced . the staff checked my car over and they advised me on getting new tyres as they was all bold so i got 4 new ones the service was excellent only waited 2 hours from start to finnish £500for 4 new 4x4 tyres and balanced ect i thought was great value thanks guys will defo be back

Went in at 3PM on Monday to have the front passenger tyre fitted due to a puncture.  Went to pick up car 2 hour later and was assured it was all done so I paid and left. I saw the work instruction clearly stated front / passenger. Next evening having driven 15 miles to and from work I discovered that the same tyre was almost flat putting me at significant risk on the drive home! On closer inspection it was clear that this was still the orignal tyre. Went back 8am (opening time on their website) and nobody there so had to wait outisde for 30 minutes for somebody to show up.  When they inpsected the work log somebody had clearly overwritten it(!) to back / driver sidewheel - and that was the tyre they had fitted. There was no apology just a 'these things happen' shrug and I had to argue my case to get the front tyre replaced free of charge - there was even the suggestion they would take off the back tyre again if they could locate my original.  They did replace it but it felt grudging at best. Truly horrible customer experience - I won't be back.  ps you may want to update your website opening hours from 8AM to prevent others waiting in the cold.

 Scott - I appreciate mistakes can be made. My real issue was that next day good customer service would have been an immediate apology and an offer to fit the front tyre for free. That's what I think you can learn here.  I wasn't going to write a review until the experience I had this morning - and I accept that you did in fact fit the tyre without charge.


btw it's when you google HiQ Leven that you get the 8am opening time - elsewhere on the website it does say 8:30

Needed to find an engine fault on my car(engine warning light) which they found but couldn't fix,didn't charge me.A week later needed an exhaust,got one fitted the same day with a very reasonable price tag for parts and labour. Not the quickest at the desk but the comfy couches ,TV,free tea and coffee,toilets and children's toys and books make quite a pleasant wait.

I phoned up for two tyres to see if they could match Tyre shopper, a price comparison website, they could and could fit me in immediately. The guy on the phone was friendly, informative and polite. The lady at the counter was equally polite and asked me if I wanted to wait. I had errands to run and she said if I came back in an hour, it should be done, but if I wanted to come back earlier, I could have some coffee and chill out. Well the coffee was quality filter stuff in new mugs and chocolate biscuits included, up to date magazines and the whole experience was excellent, the price was the best and the car was parked in such a way as to drive it away from the workshop easily. I can't recommend this place highly enough, well done!

Excellent and quick service. Employees are very friendly and are happy to help. Just had wheel balancing done and track rod end and was really cheap. Would recommend to everyone to go.

Called at the Leven depot early afternoon, 15/04/2014. Went into reception and a mechanic was filling out a job card. I said hallo and he replied and carried on writing. He finished writing, put job card in cardex and walked out. Could hear a ladies voice from behind an opened door talking about her private life to some one else. Another mechanic came into the reception area behind the counter, did not say any thing or asked if I needed help. He then looked at the cardex and left.

This depot must be doing very well in this economic climate if they can treat prospective customers like this. I will not be recommending any one to spend their hard earned money at this place. What a disaster!!!!!

Thanks to the "vandals", I had to replace the rear window wiper and fitting. Usual excellent service from the staff who did the replacement in a matter of minutes. Worth the nine mile trip to get such good service..

Brilliant staff and service very helpful and knowledgeable ,sorted out problem with car quickly and as cost effective as possible,prompt quick service considering I just popped in off the street not having called to make an appointment.Also had tyres in stock( a big plus these days).Thanks Brian . Would recommend to anyone 5 big stars

I have always received EXCELLENT service from the staff at this depot. Nothing is too much trouble and there is very friendly and courteous atmosphere. Even when the staff may be busy, they always manage to deal with any minor fault/repair which may come along and nothing appears to be a problem, which is great for the customer.

I paid £150 for a FULL service, but my receipt just shows 'full service/oil/air/plugs' This does not itemize exactly what has been done. Full service according to Honda or HiQ. Has brake fluid been checked/topped up. Tyre pressure checked. Advice required. Thanks

after i had got a puncture i thought i would have to buy a new tyre, but a friend recommended that i vistit hiq. i drove through to leven and the tyre was able to be repaired by the very helpfull staff. i was very happy that i wasnt told i needed a new tyre as these days money is getting harder to earn and easier to spend. i saved £££ by their expert knowladge and helpfulness. i would visit hiq again and recomend it to anyone
