At HiQ we always strive to offer the very best customer experience in every one of our Centres, Each center is subject to our annual stringent standards audit to ensure they deliver the highest possible standards. We don’t just measure cleanliness and customer service, we also ensure that all technicians and store staff are fully trained to the best possible standard. We pride ourselves that all of our Centres offer good standards but our silver Centres are accredited as “better” and our gold Centres accredited as “best”, These HiQ’s are the jewels in our crown.
