Skidded into a kerb and wrecked a tyre 10 miles from home on one of the coldest days of the winter; I rang a few companies but they were all talking about being unable to help until next week so I was looking at public transport into work until they would help then time off to meet them- not very impressed. Rang HiQ and it was sorted immediately. They arranged to meet me at my car a bit later, turned up exactly as agreed and their personable and efficient fitter did a first class job in a few minutes. Their can-do approach to sorting the problem saved me a lot of aggravation and money and I recommend HiQ unreservedly.

After a "free brake check" at Halfords, I was quoted £791 to sort out my rear brakes, they told me they was highly dangerous and needed fixing ASAP, they even tried to advise me to have my vehicle recovered! I called Hiq as I seen they offered a payment plan for the hefty work I would need doing to be told by Phil that it was highly unlikely I needed that much work, and said he would clean the brakes etc and would cost around £40 ???? he wanted to check my car himself and I took it straight there, within minutes my car was on the ramp being checked over by a young lad (didn't catch his name) who cleaned them all up and greased them, problem solved! I then tried to pay to be told there was no charge! Could not fault this garage or the staff, I will defiantly be using this garage from now on. Being a woman I have been ripped off by many places but they was excellent! Highly recommend them and will be spreading the word to use this garage! Thank you ????

I cannot speak more highly of Phil and all the staff. The service I always receive is second to none. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. By far the best recommendation I have ever had. They always try to work around my availability when they themselves are busy. They are very reasonably priced and everything is explained as to why the work needs to be carried out. If your a single female looking for a trustworthy,friendly reliable garage then this is the one for you. A big thank you to you all.

Been using hiq west Gorton for a number of years, I wouldn't risk my car in anybody else's hands than Phil and his staff,everyone is professional friendly and very helpful.
