After going to a few cowboy garages over the years. Found these guys after a recommendation from a friend. Not knowing a lot about cars I always worried about being taken for a ride. These guys are spot on. Needed a new clutch. Aswell as supplying a quality replacement they also supplied a high end and professional service. Was really impressed. I even enjoyed a free hot chocolate! Thanks guys

Brilliant. Took Wife's car in for MOT this morning. Was advised later that the car was ready to collect.. Very polite, friendly and efficient staff. Garage was gleaming and looks very professional. Highly recommended!

5 star service! Popped in for my annual MOT and to get a new set of tyres. Everyone was friendly, great prices and they actually explained everything to me in detail with no jargon like the others do! They definitely know what they are doing here. Could not recommend them enough. Keep it up and I will be back again. 5 stars.

I placed an order online this morning as it stated I could have some new tyres fitted the same day. So checking the email and text confirmation I arrived at the service station a few minutes before the time given. Only to find out that the tyres wouldn't be there till the following day. He said that there must have been a glitch in the system and he was sorry. I work away and won't be able to get back before next week. To say I was very disappointed was an understatement. I do find it hard to believe that in the time I had ordered the tyres to the time I had turned up two and a half hours, no one had checked the order system to see my order and ring me to let me know of the problem. Very bad customer service!

Thank you for your most helpful review regarding your order placed on our online system. This has bought to our attention problems associated with online ordering systems in general and we will address some issues and alleviate any future problems. The tyres you ordered were a non-stock item and also a none O.E tyre for your vehicle so it is highly unlikely that any depot including wholesale/retail depots would carry them in stock so they would have to be ordered into stock as a special order. Your e-mail by automated return was timed at 11.50 am, the cut off point for our deliveries being 11.30am for PM delivery into depot. With your order being at 11.50am this was well passed. Having access to local wholesale tyres we checked their supplies but were unable to find the tyres anywhere on our systems for your vehicle. The internet is not an exact reflection of our business, as you can read from the many excellent reviews of our staff and indeed our company. I apologise on behalf of our company for you being very disappointed by not being able to have your tyres fitted 2 ½ hours after ordering and can assure you that our system is checked regularly up to our order cut off time of 11.30am. As a company, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and as opposed to ordering online, given the urgency of your need for new tyres it might have been prudent of you to call us direct to check availability as I myself have had similar experience when ordering online. It appears that given the time window for your new tyres this purchase was indeed a distress purchase and unfortunately we could not help you immediately but given the fact that tyres don’t wear out overnight would welcome you to come into our depot anytime to have your pressures and tyres checked at your convenience.
