Not had any work done by them yet but just based on the telephone call I had with Jamie, these guys seem to know what they're talking about, incredibly polite and do everything you'd need on your service. Rang first thing Monday and they had it inspected by 10:30 and fixed the clutch and slave cylinder the following day. The place was extremely busy so I was very happy with the quick turnaround. The receptionist seemed to have limited knowledge about the tyre fitting process, which initially left me feeling unsure. However, I was fortunate that a technician stepped in to assist. The technician who handled my tyre fitting was exceptional. Not only was he friendly and approachable, but he also patiently addressed all my questions and concerns. He efficiently completed the job and took the extra step to ensure I was satisfied with the results. In the end, despite the initial hiccup with the receptionist, the technician's professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction made my overall experience at HiQ a great one.
