An Abingdon garage has beaten hundreds of fast fit centres across the UK to win a prestigious customer service accolade, it was revealed.
HiQ Abingdon, on Audlett Drive, has scooped the network's 'excellence in customer service award, after receiving consistently high customer satisfaction and recommendation levels throughout the year.'
HiQ Abingdon beat more than 150 other centres across the HiQ network and owner Phil Godfrey was presented with his silverware at HiQ's recent national franchise conference by retail director Peter Tye.
The award caps HiQ Abingdon's sustained attempt to alter motorists' perceptions of the fast fit industry through a series of customer-led feedback initiatives and mystery shopping exercises.
Phil said: "This award is fantastic for our business. We work hard to exceed customer expectations and pride ourselves on going the extra mile for each motorist that visits us.
