Mirror mirror on the wall, who is the fairest franchisee of all?
Well, Justin Roberton might not be the name on everyone's lips, but the owner of four fast fit centres in Cornwall looks pretty pleased with himself - on print as well as in person!
Justin shows off some impressive new point of sale material, which allows his customers to see exactly who they're dealing when they bring their vehicle in for repairs.
HiQ has spent a great deal of time in making each one of its 140 centres a warm, friendly place to visit.
The network is steeped on clear, transparent pricing with helpful and welcoming staff who provide a local service of trust.
Modelled by Justin, these new centre posters reinforce this message by giving customers information about each fast fitter that is looking after their cars.
HiQ's marketing manager Geraldine McGovern said: "Our unique proposition of offering a trusted, local service - backed by the strength of a national brand - continues to be a compelling one.
"Customers used to see centres as dirty, unwelcoming and confusing places, but this is another example of us removing such perceptions at HiQ.
"With each member of staff positioned as a local hero, we feel these posters will help us convey this message, and help to strike up a lasting rapport with customers."
