Olympic legend, Denise Lewis, today met with HiQ to celebrate the success of their charity partnership with Breast Cancer Care.

As an Ambassador for the charity, Denise was on hand to thank HiQ and all their staff for their support. HiQ have supported Breast Cancer Care since 2009 and are on track to meet their target of £100,000 this year. The money will be used to ensure Breast Cancer Care's information and support services remain free to anyone who needs them.

Speaking at the charity's head office, Denise said, "My grandmother had breast cancer so I know all too well how vital Breast Cancer Care's services can be. It's terrifying to be told a member of your family has breast cancer and you have so many unanswered questions and concerns. Thankfully Breast Cancer Care are there for people like me as well as the person who has been diagnosed with this dreadful disease."

"Breast Cancer Care can't continue their wonderful work without the help, support and dedication of companies like HiQ. So on behalf of everyone at Breast Cancer Care I want to pass my heartfelt thanks to everyone at HiQ for all their efforts to help people like me and my Nan. Thank you."

This is the first charity partnership that HiQ have undertaken and staff have embraced the chance to don pink wigs and fundraise to help people affected by breast cancer.
