HiQ Tyres & Autocare opens new autocare centre in Thatcham

New franchise provides high-quality, customer-first automotive care to drivers in Berkshire

HiQ Tyres & Autocare has expanded its nationwide network of autocare centres with the opening of a brand new centre in Thatcham, bringing trusted vehicle maintenance services to drivers in Berkshire.

HiQ Tyres & Autocare Thatcham offers a full range of automotive services, including tyre fitting and repairs, MOTs, vehicle servicing, and wheel alignment. The modern facility also accommodates light commercial vehicles (LCVs) and plans to support local business fleet work in the near future.

As a franchise, HiQ Tyres & Autocare Thatcham is independently owned and operated, giving it the flexibility to adapt quickly to local customer needs. The centre is owned and operated by a family-run business with more than 40 years of experience in the tyre industry.

Local businessman Carl Evans leads the new centre and strives to build its reputation for excellent customer service: “It’s a new challenge for us as a family business. All of us are in this together. We want it to run like a well-oiled machine,” says Carl.

The opening of the Thatcham franchise sees a team of five people employed at the site and marks the beginning of a wider growth plan for the family.

Carl adds: “Our goal is to create a fast-fit centre that goes above and beyond. We want to provide a premium experience for our customers, offering them a welcoming environment with thoughtful touches like Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, and a dedicated workstation where they can stay comfortable while they wait.
