I’d not considered HiQ for tyres before, but after trying to source an unusual sized tyre, not only did HiQ answer the phone, (unlike some of the other tyre supply places in Burton), they were happy to order the tyre for me, (instead of just telling me me “no mate can’t help you” like a couple of other places did), and actually proved to be cheaper than anyone else. After they checked to make sure my tyre couldn’t actually be repaired, my tyre was changed by happy, friendly staff I’ll certainly be taking my business back there, and would have no problem recommending them to others. What I really appreciate is that he treats your car like his own. He doesn't just do the job, he explains everything clearly, talks through the options and makes sure you understand what is happening and why. My knowledge about cars isn't very advanced, but Ross always explains things in a way that makes complete sense.
