Hidden gem at egremont just off mainstreet, I feel compelled to leave a 5 star review, ive been twice, once for tyres and brakes second time for oil change and I have to say that, whilst both ringing for booking and also seeing for myself, the lad on the front desk taking calls and also organising the efficiency is off the scale brilliant,. He helped two ladies one disabled and another out of the premises and reassured them about work being carried out, hes a gentleman and telephone manner is exceptional, cant commend him enough, the both times I had visits I was more than happy with the job they did and the level of customer care is rare and credit to them, thankyou to Hiq egremont.
