  1. By submitting your entry to this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  4. To enter, you must vote online for the driver of the BTCC round (stage) you think deserves to win and explain why. To nominate a driver complete the form online at www.hiqonline.co.uk/BTCC
  5. One entry per person per BTCC round.

The Promotion commences at midnight on 01 April and due to the number of BTCC rounds included in the promotion also on midnight on the 30 April, 06 May, 10 June, 01 July, 05 August, 26 August, 09 September, 30 September and 14 October and correspondingly the promotions close at midnight on 07 May, 14 May, 18 June, 09 June, 29 July, 13 August, 03 September, 08 September and 22 October . For the avoidance of doubt, this means that entries must have been received by the Promoter by the close of the Promotion Period in order to meet the Closing Date validity requirements.
  7. The winner[s] will be selected by an independent person to be held on 14 April, 05 May, 19 May, 23 June, 14 July, 18 August, 08 September, 22 September, 13 October and 27 October .
  8. The winner will be notified of the fact that they have won within 2 days of the competition by email. The winner[s] will then be asked to supply details for delivery of their prize[s]. Prizes shall be delivered within 7 days of each respective Closing Date.
  9. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavors to contact the Winners using the contact details supplied upon entry to the Promotion. If a winner does not respond within 3 days of the first notification, then the Winner forfeits the right to claim the Prize and the Promoter is free to nominate another winner.

  13. No cash or BTCC pass alternative prizes are available, with the exception that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, The Promoter reserves the right to award [a] similar prize[s] of equal or greater value.

  1. No purchase necessary. To enter the prize draw simply complete the feedback form telling us about your HiQ experience and submit this online within 90 days of your invoice date. Only entries received on the official form will be deemed valid.
  2. This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding HiQ/Goodyear Dunlop Tyres UK Limited employees and their immediate families, participating tyre dealers and their employees, Goodyear Dunlop and HiQ agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  3. Only one entry per household per visit.

Terms & Conditions The Hotel

  1. This offer entitles customers to stay for one night, on a room only basis free of charge with no obligation to purchase meals or beverages.
  2. Please refer to your directory and/or accompanying letter for details of when you need to book and take your break by.
  3. The free one night stay offer can only be redeemed against the cost of accommodation at participating hotels.
  4. Reservations can only be made between one and fourteen days inclusive in advance of the first night’s stay.
  5. Bookings can only be made through MLP’s central reservations number. Any booking or enquiries made directly with the hotel will not be honoured.
  6. The offer is based on two adults sharing a standard twin or double room. Room upgrades (e.g. to a family room) to include additional guests are chargeable and are to be paid for at the time of booking.
  7. Children are subject to the individual hotel’s normal children rates and reservations. Children may not utilise the offer.
  8. All stays are subject to the hotel’s availability for the offer. This availability will fluctuate throughout the year. Some hotels operate a strict room allocation policy for promotional bookings.

  1. Whenever possible gift cards and gift vouchers will be despatched on the same day the order was placed, subject to that order being received by John Lewis prior to 11am. If an order is received after 11am the vouchers will be despatched within 2 working days. The time / date of despatch and delivery to a customer is not of the essence.   10. Any extra food or drinks and/or upgrades over and above the Tea package such as Champagne or alcoholic beverages will need to be paid for by the customer directly to the venue.
  11. Cost of travel to the venues is excluded from the offer and is entirely at the expense of each individual.
  12. This offer does not apply to reservations in December and excludes Valentine's Day and periods that include public or bank holiday periods in the UK and Ireland, Easter, Christmas and New Year and availability may be limited during other key periods (e.g. Mother's Day)
