The “Goodyear Spring Shopping Voucher promotion 2018” (the “Promotion”) is open to all consumers who are UK residents aged 18 and over except employees of Goodyear Dunlop Tyres UK Ltd (the “Promoter”) and its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.

The promotion is only and exclusively available at Approved Participating Retailers within the HiQ Network during the qualifying promotional period (1st March 2018 until 30th April 2018) Approved participating retailers are listed on www.goodyear.co.uk from 1st March 2018 until 31st May 2018 (final redemption/claim date)
  3. There is a purchase requirement. The offer is open to retail customers who purchase qualifying Goodyear tyres (two or more Goodyear car, van, 4x4 or SUV tyres with rim size of 16” (inch) or above for a single vehicle.
  4. The offer excludes company vehicle drivers (Fleet), businesses, organisations and institutions.
  5. By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the promotion and by any other requirements set out in the promotional materials.
  6. By participating in this Promotion, the claimant is required to submit information on their claim on the online claim form of the Goodyear Rewards portal www.goodyearrewards.co.uk using the claim code Goodyearvouchers2018 and upload a legible copy of their invoice from the retailer to a third-party agency (The Marketing Lounge Partnership).
  7. The information submitted will be checked and verified by The Marketing Lounge Partnership to confirm that the submission is compliant with the terms of the promotion.
  8. Invoices from participating Approved Retailers must be submitted by claimants and dated within the qualifying promotion period.
  9. This promotion will run from 1st March until 30th April 2018 (inclusive) and is deemed to be the qualifying promotional period for the promotion for participating approved retailers.
  10. The Goodyear tyres purchased must be fitted by participating approved retailers between 1st March and 30th April 2018.
  11. The Promotion will reward a choice of two retailer cards (Amazon.co.uk and John Lewis) to the reward schedule outlined with the purchase of two or more Goodyear tyres of rim diameter 16" and above.
  12. Rewards will be issued to claimants within 28 days of the validation of the claim (not the date of the approved retailer invoice) online at www.goodyearrewards.co.uk against the terms and conditions of the promotion.
  13. Providing the claim is successful, the reward will be emailed or mailed to the recipient – fulfilment will be subject to the choice of voucher by the customer.
  14. The claimant must submit their claim via the www.goodyearrewards.co.uk portal by the 31st May 2018. The campaign code is ‘Goodyearvouchers2018’ for claims on www.goodyearrewards.co.uk. Claims submitted after this date will not be accepted.

Costa Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to Costa Gift Cards and govern the relationship between Costa Limited ("we" or "us") and you or the person to whom you give the Costa Gift Card ("you"). Use of your Costa Gift Card will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions override any statements on your Costa Gift Card if they are different. You may redeem your Costa Gift Card at any participating Costa outlet in England, Scotland or Wales. When you use your Costa Gift Card the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. The remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. Change will not be given. You may check the balance on your Costa Gift Card at any participating Costa outlet. You may not top up the balance on your Costa Gift Card however you may transfer any outstanding balance to a new card at any participating Costa outlet. Your Costa Gift Card is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. You may not exchange your Costa Gift Card for cash. Refunds will not be given for the purchase of a Costa Gift Card. We reserve the right to refuse to accept damaged cards or cards which we believe may have been stolen or obtained in another illegal way.

Expiration and Cancellation

Your Costa Gift Card and the balance on it will expire if the card is not used for 12 consecutive months. We reserve the right to cancel your Costa Gift Card if we suspect it is being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Loss, Theft, Damage

You should take care of your Costa Gift Card and treat it like cash. Costa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. You should immediately report any loss, theft, fraudulent or unauthorised use of your Costa Gift Card to Customer Services. If you lose your Costa Gift Card or it is stolen, damaged or malfunctions, we may, at our sole discretion, replace your Costa Gift Card and transfer the balance stored on it to a replacement card. Circumstances in which we may determine not to replace your Costa Gift Card include where we reasonably believe that the notified incident has been caused by your breach of these Terms and Conditions or where there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that you are or have been engaged in fraudulent or other unlawful conduct. If you have not registered your Costa Gift Card we will require your Costa Gift Card number and proof of purchase before we can consider, in our sole discretion, any request to replace your Costa Gift Card.

If we agree to replace your Costa Gift Card, a replacement card will be delivered to your home address, usually within 5 days of you first notifying Customer Services of the incident. We reserve the right to charge a replacement card fee for each replacement card in the event that you are issued with more than two replacement cards within any 6 month period. If you subsequently find or retrieve a Costa Gift Card which you have reported lost or stolen, you must notify Customer Services immediately.

HiQ BTCC Driver of the Day

  1. By submitting your entry to this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entries submitted with incomplete information, or found to contain invalid information, shall be deemed invalid entries.
  3. Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. Directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are not permitted to enter the Promotion.
  4. To enter, you must vote online for the driver of the BTCC round (stage) you think deserves to win and explain why. To nominate a driver complete the form online at www.hiqonline.co.uk/BTCC
  5. One entry per person per BTCC round.
  6. The Promotion commences at midnight on 07 April and due to the number of BTCC rounds included in the promotion also at midnight on the 28 April, 19 May, 09 June, 23 June, 28 July, 11 August, 25 August, 15 September, 29 September and correspondingly the promotions close at midnight on 08 April, 29 April, 20 May, 10 June, 24 June, 29 July, 12 August, 26 August, 16 September, and 30 September. For the avoidance of doubt, this means that entries must have been received by the Promoter by the close of the Promotion Period in order to meet the Closing Date validity requirements.
  7. The winner[s] will be selected by an independent person to be held on 13 April, 04 May, 26 May, 16 June, 29 June, 03 August, 17 August, 31 August, 21 September, 05 October.
