  1. The “Goodyear Vector Voucher Collection promotion 2019” (the “Promotion”) is open to all consumers who are UK residents aged 18 and over except employees of Goodyear Dunlop Tyres UK Ltd (the “Promoter”) and its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
  2. The promotion is only available from participating retailers within the qualifying promotional periods outlined;
  3. HiQ Centres: 1st August 2019 – 30th September 2019
  4. Approved participating retailers are listed on www.goodyear.eu/en_gb/consumer/offers-hub
  5. There is a purchase requirement. The offer is open to retail customers who purchase and have fitted, qualifying Goodyear Tyres; two or more Goodyear All Season Tyres with a rim size of 14” or above for a single vehicle in one single transaction. Qualifying patterns are listed below;

  6. By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the promotion and by any other requirements set out in the promotional materials.
  7. By participating in this Promotion, the claimant is required to submit information on their claim on the online claim form of the Goodyear Rewards portal www.goodyearrewards.co.uk using the claim code GoodyearVector and upload a legible copy of their invoice from the retailer to a third-party agency (The Marketing Lounge Partnership).
  8. The information submitted will be checked and verified by The Marketing Lounge Partnership to confirm that the submission is compliant with the terms of the promotion.
  9. Invoices from participating HiQ Centres must be submitted by claimants and dated within the qualifying promotion period.
  10. This promotion will run from 1st August 2019 – 30th September 2019 (inclusive) and is deemed to be the qualifying promotional period for the promotion for participating retailers (HiQ Centres 1st August – 30th September)
  11. The Goodyear tyres purchased must be fitted by participating approved retailers between 1st August 2019 – 7th October 2019
  12. The Promotion will reward a choice of three retailer e-vouchers (Amazon.co.uk, John Lewis and Marks and Spencer) to the reward schedule outlined with the purchase of two or more Goodyear All Season tyres of rim diameter 14" and above.
  13. Rewards will be issued to claimants within 28 days of the validation of the claim (not the date of the approved retailer invoice) online at www.goodyearrewards.co.uk against the terms and conditions of the promotion.
  14. Providing the claim is successful, the reward will be emailed to the recipient.
  15. The claimant must submit their claim via the www.goodyearrewards.co.uk portal by the 31st October 2019. The campaign code is GoodyearVector for claims on www.goodyearrewards.co.uk. Claims submitted after this date will not be accepted.
  16. No liability can be accepted for gift rewards not received due to incorrect information provided. Please check junk and spam filters for email confirmations regarding your claim.
  17. Please ensure any gift card rewards are used within the redemption period (outlined in the retailer reward terms and conditions below), the Promoter or third-party agency may not be held liable for the claimant’s failure to use any gift card reward within the redemption period.
  18. Claims must be made on the official claim form completed online at www.goodyearrewards.co.uk and must be accompanied with an uploaded, clear and legible invoice (either a scan or photograph). The image must clearly show the Goodyear All Season tyres purchased, rim size of the Goodyear tyres purchased and the date of purchase plus the invoice number. It is recommended that you keep a copy for your records in the event of a query.
  19. The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) will send you an email receipt of the validated claim within seven days of validation
  20. Only one claim per vehicle is permitted.
  21. Incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted.
  22. The Promoter reserves the right to discard illegible receipts.
  23. The Promoter reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate.
  24. The Promoter’s decision is final.
  25. The Gift cards are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  26. The Gift cards are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative gift of equal value if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
  27. The Promoter has the authority to amend or withdraw this at any time during the promotional period without prior notice.

Marks and Spencer:

  1. Gift cards and e-gift cards can be redeemed at M&S stores in the United Kingdom, Eire and the Channel Islands (including Outlets but excluding BP stores) and online (subject to website terms and conditions). They may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the card on payment of the difference.
  2. Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for M&S Bank services, products or outstanding card balances, made to measure shirts, Lunch to Go, personalised cards or M&S Energy or to buy another gift card or e-gift card.
  3. Gift cards and e-gift cards can be activated with a minimum value of £1 and a maximum load value of £1000.
  4. Gift cards and e-gift cards, or a combination of, are restricted to a maximum of five that can be redeemed in any one transaction online.

  1. The “Wear it with HiQ” (the “Promotion”) is open to all consumers who are UK residents aged 18 and over except employees of Goodyear Dunlop Tyres UK Ltd (the “Promoter”) and its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
  2. The promotion is only and exclusively available at Approved Participating Retailers within the HiQ Franchise Network during the qualifying promotional period (1st July 2019 until 31st August 2019).
  3. There is a purchase requirement. The offer is open to retail customers who purchase qualifying Goodyear and Dunlop tyres (two or more Goodyear or Dunlop car, van, 4x4 or SUV tyres with rim size of 16” (inch) or above) for a single vehicle.
  4. The offer excludes company vehicle drivers (Fleet), businesses, organisations and institutions.
  5. By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the promotion and by any other requirements set out in the promotional materials.
  6. By participating in this Promotion, the claimant is required to submit information on their claim on the online claim form of the HiQ rewards portal https://hiqtyresrewards.co.uk using the claim code ‘LoveTech2019’ and upload a clear and legible invoice (either a scan or photograph) from the HiQ Centre to a third-party agency (The Marketing Lounge Partnership).
  7. The uploaded invoice must clearly show the full invoice including but not limited to; Invoice header (showing clearly the HiQ Centre), the specific Goodyear or Dunlop tyres purchased, rim size of the Goodyear or Dunlop tyres purchased and the date of purchase plus the invoice number. Quotation paperwork is not accepted. It is recommended that you keep a copy for your records in the event of a query.

Dashcam

This promotion is operated in conjunction with Brightstar.com. This offer entitles eligible customers to an RAC 3000 dash cam. The dash cam will be sent to the customer within 28 days of validation approval. No alternative gifts are available. No cash alternatives will be offered. In the case of product lines becoming unavailable, substitutes of equal or greater value will be made. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discount schemes. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of its control, Goodyear reserves the right to change or substitute the offer.

Fitbit

Fitbit Inspire is subject to availability. Only available in black. One size only. No alternative gifts are available. No cash alternatives will be offered. Offer only includes the Fitbit Inspire. Offer includes a USB charging cable. In the case of product lines becoming unavailable, substitutes of equal or greater value will be made.   1. No purchase necessary. To enter the prize draw simply complete the feedback form telling us about your HiQ experience and submit this online within 90 days of your invoice date. Only entries received on the official form will be deemed valid.
  2. This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding HiQ/Goodyear Dunlop Tyres UK Limited employees and their immediate families, participating tyre dealers and their employees, Goodyear Dunlop and HiQ agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  3. Only one entry per household per visit.
  4. Offer ends 31st December 2019.
  5. No cash alternative is available and all rewards are non transferable.
  6. A winner will be selected at random under independent supervision from all valid entries on a monthly basis.
  7. The first entry selected will win £100 in Love2Shop vouchers redeemable as outlined in the voucher suppliers terms and conditions.
  8. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
