  1. The “Summer Nights promotion” (the “Promotion”) is open to all consumers who are UK residents aged 18 and over except employees of Goodyear Dunlop Tyres UK Ltd (the “Promoter”) and its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
  2. The promotion is only and exclusively available at Approved Participating Retailers within the HiQ Franchise Network during the qualifying promotional period (16th July 2018 until 17th September 2018) HiQ franchised centres only.
  3. There is a purchase requirement. The offer is open to retail customers who purchase qualifying Goodyear and Dunlop tyres (two or more Goodyear or Dunlop car, van, 4x4 or SUV tyres with rim size of 16” (inch) or above for a single vehicle.
  4. The offer excludes company vehicle drivers (Fleet), businesses, organisations and institutions.
  5. By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the promotion and by any other requirements set out in the promotional materials.
  6. By participating in this Promotion, the claimant is required to submit information on their claim on the online claim form of the HiQ promotion page http://www.tyrepromotions.com/HiQoffer and upload a legible copy of their invoice.
  7. The information submitted will be checked and verified by Goodyear Dunlop Tyres UK Ltd to confirm that the submission is compliant with the terms of the promotion.
  8. Invoices from participating HiQ Franchise Centres must be submitted by claimants and dated within the qualifying promotion period.
  9. This promotion will run from 16th July 17th September inclusive and is deemed to be the qualifying promotional period for the promotion for participating approved retailers.
  10. The Goodyear or Dunlop tyres purchased must be fitted at a HiQ Franchise Centre between 16th July and 24th September
  11. The Promotion will reward a two cinema ticket for two or three Goodyear or Dunlop tyres (16” and above only) or two cinema tickets and £30 Pizza Express gift card for four Goodyear or Dunlop tyres (16” and above only).
  12. Rewards will be issued to claimants within 28 days of the validation of the claim (not the date of the HiQ Centre invoice) online at http://www.tyrepromotions.com/HiQoffer against the terms and conditions of the promotion.
  13. Providing the claim is successful, the reward(s) will be mailed to the recipient.
  14. The claimant must submit their claim via the http://www.tyrepromotions.com/HiQoffer page by the 22nd October 2018. Claims submitted after this date will not be accepted.
  15. No liability can be accepted for gift rewards not received due to incorrect information provided. Please check junk and spam filters for email confirmations regarding your claim.
  16. Please ensure any gift card rewards and cinema tickets are used by the end redemption period (outlined in the Retailer reward terms and conditions below), the Promoter or third-party agency may not be held liable for the claimant’s failure to use any reward vouchers within the redemption period.
  17. Claims must be made on the official claim form completed online at http://www.tyrepromotions.com/HiQoffer and must be accompanied with an uploaded, clear and legible invoice (either a scan or photograph). The image must clearly show the Goodyear or Dunlop tyres purchased, rim size of the Goodyear or Dunlop tyres purchased and the date of purchase plus the invoice number. It is recommended that you keep a copy for your records in the event of a query.
  18. Only one claim per vehicle is permitted.
  19. Entry into this promotion cannot be in conjunction with any other offer.
  20. Incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted.
  21. The Promoter reserves the right to discard illegible receipts.
  22. The Promoter reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate.
  23. The Promoter’s decision is final.
  24. The Gift cards and cinema tickets are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

To book online please follow these instructions on the Cineworld website:

  1. Go to www.cineworld.co.uk
  2. Select the cinema and film you wish to book for.
  3. Enter your first E code in the 'Got a ticket voucher code or CEA carer card?' Enter any additional E codes for any additional tickets you wish to book.
  4. Select the number of additional tickets you wish to purchase in the same transaction if you do not have enough eCodes to complete your booking.
  5. A booking/processing fee per person for whom a seat is booked will be applied to your booking.
  6. Complete the rest of the booking process as instructed.
  7. Your tickets will be available for collection at your chosen cinema as soon as the booking has been confirmed, and remain available until the start of the selected performance. Simply take the same debit/credit card used to book your tickets, or the unique booking reference on your order confirmation, to collect your tickets from one of the ATMs (collection terminal) situated at the cinema or direct from the box office or concession counter. To make the most of your booking, we suggest that you collect your tickets 20 minutes before the performance commences. Tickets not collected 10 minutes after the performance time has started will be cancelled and are non refundable

  3. Enter your first eCode in the 'Got a ticket voucher or promo code? Enter it here:' box. Enter any additional eCodes for any additional tickets you wish to book. The website will automatically recognise the code type you have entered and will auto populate the seats required, you do not need to add tickets to the booking before adding the eCodes.
  4. Select the number of additional tickets you wish to purchase in the same transaction if you do not have enough eCodes to complete your booking.
  5. Complete the rest of the booking process as instructed.
  6. The booking confirmation can act as your ticket. Show the booking confirmation email on your smartphone to the usher to scan the barcode. Alternatively, please print out the confirmation, bring it with you to the cinema, and present it to the usher to scan the barcode for admittance. You can pick up your ticket(s) from one of the ticket pick up machines located in the cinema foyer or at the box office. If you booked by credit card you can pick up your ticket(s) from the ATMs located in the cinema foyer or at the box office. You must bring the credit card used for this transaction with you to pick up your ticket(s) - simply press collect tickets and insert the card into the ATM when prompted. How do I redeem my E-Code?

Please hand over your E-Code to a staff member at the Vue box office to exchange for a Standard 2D (or 3D depending on which E-Codes you have purchased) admission to a movie of your choice (subject to availability) Box office staff may have to enter the 16-character code manually at the till, so please allow time in advance of your chosen screening for your E-Codes to be entered and redeemed.

You can also use your E-Code to book tickets for a film online by following the below steps:

  • Select cinema, then select film and time
  • Click "Enter code or CEA number" and enter E-Code in the box. Click "ADD" to apply discount
  • Repeat step 2 to add all E-Codes
  • Choose your seats

  7. The winner[s] will be selected by an independent person to be held on 13 April, 04 May, 26 May, 16 June, 29 June, 03 August, 17 August, 31 August, 21 September, 05 October.
  8. The winner will be notified of the fact that they have won within 2 days of the competition by email. The winner[s] will then be asked to supply details for delivery of their prize[s]. Prizes shall be delivered within 7 days of each respective Closing Date.
