Expanding mobile servicing for fleet partners with HiQ2U

Operating under the HiQ2U brand, the HiQ Tyres & Autocare network utilises a fleet of 14 company-owned vans—expected to increase to 19 by the end of 2026—to provide maintenance at workplaces and homes.
The HiQ2U units function as mobile autocentres, allowing technicians to perform routine maintenance that typically requires a garage visit. This model is intended to reduce the time fleet vehicles spend off the road. Craig Sprigmore, Retail Director UK&I at HiQ Tyres & Autocare, explained:
“The capabilities of our HiQ2U technicians are such that they can service multiple vehicles, at multiple Enterprise locations in one day, helping to keep rental fleets on the road. The car we are servicing today must be ready to go back on the road tomorrow, so dependability is crucial. “
HiQ was appointed as a preferred service provider for Enterprise in October 2024. The operation is supported by five dedicated controllers who manage job assignments and parts ordering for the mobile technicians. Toby Mannering, Vehicle Operations Supervisor at Enterprise Mobility, stated:
“I look after a large fleet of vehicles, and they are excellent at keeping our vehicles on the road. We have several branches that use HiQ2U, and they only ever give great feedback. Everyone is willing to help, from the techs on the ground to the employees in the office.”
