I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received during my recent visit for a four-wheel alignment on my daughter’s Toyota Corolla. I drove from Newcastle to Birtley specifically because of the outstanding service I experienced at your Newcastle depot previously, and I was not disappointed. As usual, the service was brilliant! A special shoutout to Tony, who has consistently gone above and beyond, having previously assisted me with my Lexus. Everyone at your team was very friendly and professional, making the experience even better. For anyone looking to have their tyres or wheel alignment done properly, I strongly advise using HIQ Tyres and their laser alignment machine.
