I've been this garage and was treated extremely well. I’ve been using this branch for several years, so when I called recently and heard a new voice introducing himself as Elmo, I had to double-check I’d called the right place. What a ray of sunshine. His customer service was fantastic and he couldn’t have been more helpful, which is rare to find these days. After my tyres were changed, he carried out a thorough check on the rest of the vehicle and pointed out that my rear tyres would also need replacing soon, which I hadn’t realised. CorzBooked the car in for tracking following replacement of tyres which were done somewhere else, the chaps at the centre were very helpful and efficient and above all very honest. After taking the vehicle on to the tracking ramp I was called over and the technician took his time to explain what he was seeing in the alignment track computer. He went on to then explain that there is no wheel alignment needed at all as it is aligned correctly. They could have easily kept the vehicle on the ramp and said we’ve corrected the alignment and I guess I would have been non the wiser but their honesty will go along way and it’s appreciated Thank you again HI-Q Erdington Bromford branch team for swift and honest service which these is not something you get often.
