I’ve been using HiQ Tyres & Autocare Goffs Oak for around three years now and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. During that time they’ve helped me with a full service, tyre changes, fog light replacements, yearly MOTs and even fixing a door lock. Every experience has been consistently excellent. As a female driver, I’ve had some uncomfortable experiences with garages in the past, so finding somewhere I can genuinely trust has been so important. What stands out most about HiQ Goffs Oak is their honesty. They clearly explain what needs doing and what doesn’t, without any pressure, which gives real peace of mind. The team are knowledgeable, respectful and easy to talk to. The reception staff are especially lovely. They are always helpful, they follow up when they say they will, and they make the whole process feel smooth and stress free. It’s rare to find a garage where you feel both looked after and confident in the service, but that has been my experience every time. I would highly recommend them, especially to any women looking for a garage they can trust.
