I had a great experience with HiQ Tyres & Autocare Redditch and felt it was worth sharing. After speaking with Andy in the morning about getting my 4x4 tyres rebalanced before a trip to Wales, he was incredibly helpful and managed to fit me in the very same day at 3pm. That level of flexibility and customer service is hard to come by. On arrival, I was impressed straight away — the waiting area is excellent and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. While carrying out the work, they also brought to my attention that the front brake pads were wearing low (but not urgently needing replacement). Based on the service I’d received so far, I jokingly said if they could get them done today, they could have the job. To my surprise, within 25 minutes the parts had arrived and two of the team got straight to work — it was like watching a Formula One pit stop. Quick, efficient, and clearly very experienced. What really stood out was the professionalism — they didn’t just do the job and move on. They checked tyre pressures, tread depth, measured the brake discs, and even gave the underside of the vehicle a once-over. Not once did it feel like they were trying to upsell, just genuine care and attention to doing things properly. Highly rated garage and thoroughly deserved.
