Fitted me in on short notice on a Friday afternoon after I picked up a puncture nearby. Helpfull, friendly and got me back on the road in good time.
booked car in for new brake discs and pads all round. picked car up at lunch time.excellent service and £180 cheaper than main dealer.
My battery was playing up. I rang at 10o'clock booked in for 2. I had fan belt tightened, New battery and tyres blown up. I left at half two. Fantastic service again. Thank you
I have booked a appointment by phone on Wednesday for 10 am this Saturday for just a change of the oil filter and oil. When I got there the Manager said that I have to wait 1 1/2 hours; I came with 3 kids and I live 5 miles away from the Garage. I thought that when I had a appointment booked for 10 am then I shouldn't wait so long for a quick and easy job. I don't reccommend it. The manager is not a nice person to me but the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful. I had to cancel grab my key and go. :-(
Malcom and the team are always so helpful, I always use here and the Tamworth town Center site, so helpful, friendly and honest, I can't recommend them enough. I started using them after recommended and now my family member also go here. A;ways reasonably priced and not intimidating for women to go to.
Arrived at HiQ Tamworth after arriving home to find my wife had picked up a nail in her car tyre. Being the closest tyre place I could think of to where I live I drove there before the tyre went flat in the hope of a replacement or repair that night. I arrived at 4.50 and breathed a sigh off relief to see that you were open until 5.30. I parked the car and walked in to explain my predicament only to be greeted with "sorry mate our compressor goes off at five o clock", to which i said well i thought you were open until 5.30? to then be told again "the compressor goes off at 5.00 so I've got no air....sorry nothing I can do". How ridiculous!, he then sent me to ATS that was packed so i phoned Mr Tyre who were open until 5.30 and they had air, they fixed my tyre with excellent service and I came home.
