Well what can I say. HiQ Banbury. I forgot my mot ran out . They fitted me in same day . The manager there and the mechanics couldn't have been any friendly. Brilliant team . Highly recommend. The team explained how far out the alignment was and what the measurements were after the adjustment. My car now drives straight again! They also checked and diagnosed my engine warning light free of charge, then explained what needed doing and how much it would cost. That was really helpful and much appreciated. Gabriel on reception was friendly and helpful, and the two other team members(apologies, forgot their names) I spoke with were just as welcoming and clear in their explanations. As a first-time customer, I was a little hesitant about trying a garage I didn’t know, but they booked me in quickly for the next day and made the whole experience easy.
