Honestly, these guys really helped us out of a jam today when nobody else would. My wife turned up with a cracked locking-wheel nut. Three places flatly refused to even attempt it. At HiQ my wife was met with “well, we’ll give it a go and see how we do”. Not only did they do it with ease, they were polite, helpful and got all that we desperately needed done at the last minute on a Saturday morning with little notice. The place was friendly and the waiting area was clean, tidy and accommodating. All of the staff were very helpful and all got done for a very reasonable price. Personally, I’ve driven past many times and haven’t had the need to pop in. But I shall do from now onwards.
