Geoff at the front desk was incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. They weren’t able to fit me in the same day, but he even offered to call around and help me find another reputable garage, which I thought was above and beyond. I decided I was happy to wait, and I’m so glad I did. When I returned, I was greeted with the same fantastic customer service. The MOT itself only took about an hour and was very reasonably priced. As a woman, I sometimes feel a bit uneasy going into car garages because you hear so many stories about people being taken advantage of, but I didn’t feel that at all here. Everything felt honest, transparent, and genuinely customer-focused. I’ll definitely be using this garage every time from now on. I would hghly recommend!
