Booked my car in for investigation of a suspension noise. Thoroughly checked over by multiple members of the team including the MOT tester and given a clean bill of health with some advisories for the next MOT. Very friendly and professional service. I will return for said parts and MOT when due later this year. M RaiBought four Goodyear tires from my local HiQ in 2022 which came with a lifetime warranty with HiQ. Recently developed a slow puncture in one of them. Unfortunately my local HiQ is no longer one so phoned HiQ Stafford if they would honour the warranty. They could not have been more helpful and friendly.
