Last weekend, on the way to Devon both near side tyre pressure lights came on. Couldn't solve issue on supermarket forecourt machine, made it worse. Popped in to see if they could fix the problem. They looked busy but a lovely lady came to help. Very friendly, checked and solved the issue. Huge thank you to her! Karen ThomsonHad to get a last-minute-dot-com MOT and found Hi-Q were the only place in Stratford that could get me in, they let me drop the car off early so I could get to work, and rang me when the MOT was done. Great customer service by Becki, went above and beyond by topping up the coolant as she's seen it was half an inch too low in the tank, replaced a missing wheel nut, and pulled a nail out of my tyre, all free of charge.
