HiQ is pleased to announce a number of changes to the head office team.
NEW Appointment – Chris Piper – Regional Franchise Manager South East.
Chris joined our parent company Goodyear Dunlop in 2012 from the world of private banking he has taken on the roles of Business Development Manager for the South East and Territory Sales Manager for UK south.
As a keen sportsman recently married Chris is often found out on the golf course or cricket pitch. If you are lucky he may even treat you to a display of his skills as a pianist.
In taking on the role Chris said; ‘I’m thrilled to be part of the HiQ team. For many years I have been working with a number of franchisees and know the levels of dedication and focus that they put into their franchise businesses. I’m really looking forward to working with the franchisees to help grow their businesses.’
Role Change – Jamie Cox – Retail Systems Manager
As an existing member of the HiQ team, Jamie is continuing his success within his role as Retail Systems Manager for HiQ by taking on the role of RFM taking over a number of franchise businesses from Mark Widdows territory which will allow Mark more time to devote to his National Franchise Manager role. Taking over 5 franchises in total Jamie will be supporting HiQ Bristol, Upton Upon Severn, Tamworth (x2), Malvern and Harbourne.
Another keen sports man, Jamie is a keen runner, golfer and gym goer all good training as just the other week Jamie took part in HiQ’s Tough Mudder Challenge in aid of Breast Cancer Care.
Jamie commented that; ‘as a member of the HiQ head office team I have always been keen to get out on the road and help support our franchisees in developing their businesses outside of my core responsibilities. This exciting new opportunity allows me to not only learn new skills as an RFM but also help take my learning’s from the field and apply them to my role as Retail Systems Manager.’
Chris will join Reg Stephenson in the RFM team reporting to Mark (National Franchise Manager) with Jamie partially reporting for RFM duties.
