Can't fault them for tyre work. I came in with a vibration in the steering wheel at higher speeds, having isolated this down to the front wheels. A national tyre chain had failed to balance the problem out and I suspected an alloy had been damaged and had bought a replacement, asking HiQ to swap the bad rim with the new one and refit my tyres. They approached the work with a suitable degree of expertise. They questioned the diagnosis and checked this for themselves, which was good. They confirmed the wheel was damaged, explained the exact issue. They then did a great job of swapping the tyres over and refitting the wheels. They confirmed tyre pressures and fitments with myself before finishing up. Overall they did a great job, fast, effective; and they were friendly and more than happy to engage with myself regarding the issues and solutions. Staff were very approachable. It's a small shop and small parking lot, so they are quite tight for space and there are definitely times when they are very busy, which may come across in some of the other reviews. It was not the cheapest, but I really cannot fault the work they did. I would certainly come back for tyre work in the future. HiQ confirmed that none of the parts quoted by the other garage were actually faulty, so they just charged me 30 mins labour for the work they carried out. They could quite easily have been dishonest and matched their opinion with the other garage, but they chose to be honest. Called in on Tuesday morning, the car was in the shop first thing on Thursday, will all repairs complete and back on the road again by lunch time.
