Update to my previous review after the work has now been completed. I dropped off my BMW M140i for a major service along with diagnosing a coolant leak, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I first arrived, the customer service was excellent. The lady at reception is an absolute gem, friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. She took the time to understand everything I wanted checked on the car and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The car had a major service carried out along with a brake fluid change, gearbox oil change, coolant system refresh and a new water pump to resolve the coolant leak. Everything was explained clearly and I was kept informed during the process. They also advised me to keep an eye on the coolant level over the next few days to see if there's any unexplained drops and so forth. Since getting the car back, it genuinely drives noticeably better, smoother, tighter and just feels healthier overall. It’s always reassuring when you can actually feel the difference after a service. And man oh man how this car drives a lot better! As a first-time customer, I’m really impressed and I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Great service, great communication and clearly a team that cares about the cars they work on and treat them with the utmost care 😅 Also worth mentioning, there are some incredible cars around the garage! Seeing such beautiful cars definitely made the visit even cooler.
