It was 20 minutes between when I phoned, drove to HiQ, and when my vehicle was inspected. Jamie was great, and the guy on reception who looked at my car was happy to inspect all tyres. He advised a puncture repair rather than changing the tyre, but due to the nature of the puncture, he was unable to fully seal it and, as such, didn't charge. There was another tyre losing pressure, and this is where I would highly recommend them. Not once did I feel pressured into buying new tyres; in fact, it was the opposite. They advised I wear the tires down further and wait for their promo deals. Safe to say, I will be returning. Thank you to everyone 🙏 Rich BishopCame in with a apparent air con leak which turn out not to be the case which was from a different garage instead of booking the car in they offered to test air con out and found no leak re filled with new gas and sorted outstanding garage so friendly and got me out of a hole highly recommend philip sampsonOnce’s again the staff were very helpful and caring to me would highly recommend them thank HiQ Maidstone Jason Page
