Our car was recovered by AA and taken to approved HIQ stockton garage for diagnosis..(72 plate renault Arkana hybrid) initially thought to be fuel pump problem at the roadside but after Mike had time to look at vehicle and reports it turned out to be a problem with the battery. Right throughout the whole process of repair he kept us updated and we had no doubt our car was in the right place. Honest and genuine people who really care that the job is done properly.
