Brilliant customer service, timely repairs and good communication throughout. I was from out of town and they got me on the road in good time. Nice waiting area and friendly knowledgable staff. What really stood out was how Mike and Donna took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with the car. They even showed me the issues so I could properly understand, which I really appreciated as cars definitely aren’t my specialty. The price was very fair for the work carried out, and the customer service was brilliant from start to finish. They’ve also offered excellent aftercare, which gives me real confidence in the work they’ve done. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a trustworthy and professional garage. RachelOur car was recovered by AA and taken to approved HIQ stockton garage for diagnosis..(72 plate renault Arkana hybrid) initially thought to be fuel pump problem at the roadside but after Mike had time to look at vehicle and reports it turned out to be a problem with the battery. Right throughout the whole process of repair he kept us updated and we had no doubt our car was in the right place. Honest and genuine people who really care that the job is done properly.
