The manager of a fast fit centre in Lanark has earned the ultimate seal of approval for her ongoing excellence in customer service, after beating hundreds of garages to a prestigious award.

Claire Mason, centre manager of HiQ Lanark, was the recipient of the 'HiQ excellence in customer service' accolade, presented at the brand's annual franchise conference.

Claire and her father Calum Mason attended the conference at Manchester United’s ground at Old Trafford, where they were congratulated by HiQ for delivering the highest levels in customer satisfaction, beating the network's 110 centres in the process.

The award comes after HiQ pledged to alter motorists' perceptions of the fast fit industry through a series of customer-led feedback initiatives and purchase decision support materials including industry leading literature explaining how the tyre labelling legislation can help support the sale of premium brands.

Speaking of the award Claire explains how it tops off a fantastic year for the business,
