There was no aggression when asking questions, no pressure, and absolutely no hidden costs—just a genuinely professional, polite, and friendly team of gentlemen. They really go the extra mile for their customers. I was offered refreshments like a bottle of water, tea, coffee and there was a clean and bright waiting area, and even the option to charge my phone while I waited. What stood out most was the atmosphere—staff were coming in and out of reception, always greeting customers with a smile.
