Needed new tyres Danny was very helpful with sound unbiased advice. Decided to have four new Goodyears and tracking.Tracking made steering wheel off centre came back no trouble in sorting this out, finally came back to check torque on wheel nuts again no problem Service from Danny was excellent Oh and great price on their web site Many thanks
I Needed tyres quickly at a good price and they fitted me in next day, excellent honest service and the work is completed to a very high standard exactly to customer spec.
I was recommended HiQ Plymouth by a friend, I've always found it difficult to get an honest garage to deal with my vehicles. I first took my Saab 9-5 to HiQ Plymouth last year, it went through it's MOT with a few advisories but the knowledgable staff was able to give me advice about repairing the advisories along with costs almost immediately. I allowed them to carry out the work required and I was informed every step of the way. I purchased a new vehicle this week from a dealer in Kent, I drove it back home and booked it in for an MOT with HiQ Plymouth immediately. As I expected, it sailed through the MOT and again, the knowledgeable staff, Danny, Paul, and the manager Bob gave me some fantastic advice and information about my new (to me) Ford Galaxy. I genuinely have no idea why anyone would take their car elsewhere? If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy and reliable garage, look no further than HiQ Plymouth! 10/10!!
I have known Bob, Danny and the team for many years and because of their fast and friendly service me and all my family use them when ever we have a problem with our cars, we know that they will do their best to fix it and we always have peace of mind because we know they always use best quality products whether it is tyres or mechanical parts, because of their exceptional service we can recommend them to everyone, I have just had 2 quality tyres fitted at a good price and yet again with very friendly service from Danny and his team, long may it continue Peter Jeffery
Bob, Danny and team continue to be the antidote to cynicism about garages and car related issues. It is very difficult to think of a facility or a team more obliging, more welcoming or more prepared to put themselves out to meet customer need regarding value for money and completion of the job. Motivation and quality provision are best assessed under pressure and a recent emergency with a family car saw the team meet our need superbly without rancour or stress. We could not have been more grateful or pleased with the response and outcome.
Visited after searching online for tyre places in Plymouth, hadn't used Hi-Q before and Plymouth is not my local area. A tyre pressure warning light had come up on the dashboard and I was going to be doing a long motorway journey that weekend so it needed sorting rather urgently. The man at reception was very helpful as was the man mechanic would dealt with the problem. He confirmed my suspicion that it was from where I had hit a curb a few days earlier. I was there for about an hour but I was a drop in so I knew it was going to take slightly longer than if I had been able to book the car in. I also asked if the mechanic could check the rest of the tyre pressures over and set the air pressures to that of a fully loaded car in advance of the journey a few days later. He was happy to move the small amount of stuff in the boot out to get the wheel locking nut, despite me offering, and put it back without any grumbling. Would recommend using the Plymouth branch and would certainly look at using HI-Q again, although at another branch closer to home if I had a problem or needed a different MOT centre.
