I contacted HiQ to enquire about replacing my car's engine after several recommendations. I was promptly provided with a quote over the phone with excellent customer service from Gary, including recommendations to get the clutch changed at the same time, and advised they should be able to get the work done before Xmas. And they did!.. within two days of dropping it off to them!
Fantastic service! Quick, efficient, thorough, friendly, trustworthy, superb customer service, and provided such reassurance having been through a stressful breakdown. We'll definitely be going back and highly recommend.

Went in to have 2 tyres fitted on my wife’s car, I also asked them to check brakes for me as it was going into main dealership for a service and didn’t want to get ripped off, I was taken to the car and shown the lip on the front discs and also shown pads at 50%, was never told they had to be replaced but decided to go ahead and get it replaced, new tyres, pads and discs completely replaced in around 2 hours, will be my go to place from now on, highly recommend

After breaking down on the a45 in rush hour traffic my vehicle was towed to Hi-Q. Gary went above and beyond to sort the issue, even contacting VW because it wasn’t straightforward. After what was a stressful situation at 7am on a freezing morning I have been kept fully up to date with progress and have driven the car home, thankyou to Gary and the team for continuing to offer such a great service, it truly makes a difference
