I have been ripped off by other garages in the area, which made me dubious of trying another garage i couldn't have been more wrong. The level of service was excellent i was kept up to date throughout the repair and in the end it worked out cheaper than quoted. I personally feel they really did value my business and i would highly recommend them not just on price which was very competitive but the overall level of service which out shined my main dealer on so many levels.
Thoroughly recommend HiQ in Truro for their work, their friendliness and approachability and for simply getting the job done. Thank you!

good service from steve and the team as always. This time i had the benifit of using their new courtesy car,the only downfall it was fairly grubby inside :( Other than that a great help at a cheap cost.
I dropped in to HiQ Truro at 8.30 this morning for an exhaust and two tyres. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and by 4.30pm I had my car back and ready for a drive up the motorway tomorrow. Great service. I never like paying for anything but when I am given confidence from the service it adds the value that makes me come back to HiQ and not go elsewhere. HiQ HQ should check their terms and conditions for leaving feedback. The draw deadline was 31 December 2013!
Well what can I say! I had travelled from Kent to Truro when my engine light corne on just over half way through my journey. Concerning as I have recently purchased the vehicle. I had been reccomended to visit HIQ in Truro. I went there, said what was wrong, without hesitation they had taken my details and said dot worry will look into it. Few hours in town I called HIQ to which they had informed me that the problem had been resolved. I went to the garage to collect my vehicle and they wouldn't accept my money. Everyone who I dealt with were extremely friendly and couldn't have helped more! Now I can complete my week break without worrying about the return journey on Friday morning! Highly reccomend to anyone! Thanks again!
