Incredibly impressed with the service from HIQ Belvedere. Coming over the Dartford Crossing I found I had a puncture, being the closest tyre store to there I called HIQ Belvedere. ( I have also used their branch in Maidstone which always give me fantastic service, I yearly get my MOT and servicing there) "Little Stu" was incredibly helpful on the phone and gave me the best direction on what to do and how to do it safely. Jason then called me when a member of staff was leaving the yard and within 15 minutes there was a very helpful man there which fixed the puncture and made sure I was back on the road safely. Their professionalism and communication was spot on. I could not have asked for a more helpful service.

Booked in on 3rd May 2017 for Four wheel alignment and new front tyres. They put new tyres on and then called me out to explain that they cant do alignment on rear wheels as you have to remove fuel from fuel tank etc. big expensive job and couldn't do that day. said they had done front and charged me £40. the car was driving badly and so I rang the Mercedes expert who laughed when I said about the fuel etc. He sent me to a garage in Tonbridge wells that Mercs use. Booked in for 27/6/17 The front tracking was in an awful state with the Toes on both fronts off the chart. the track rod ends were seized and wouldn't move. They had to cut off the old ends and replace new. They stated that these ends and NO WHEEL ALIGNMENT could possibly have been done a few weeks previous. I have enclosed a photo of the readings before they put them right and the new readings afterwards. I have spoken with Hiq Maidstone who said in future they would know I also informed them it needed a special tool to adjust. I taped the conversation and informed them. I wrote an email, copy in photo, and demanded my £40 back. I had NO response and rang H/O Belvedere. I taped this conversation. he declined my offer to let them examine my car, he didn't want me to send him a copy of the wheel read out. He was extremely evasive. I have been sending them emails which they claim the other garage is lying and after sending them the read out which they didn't want they could plainly see I had been conned. Now I have been dealing with a very slippery man called Harding, he has used every excuse possible. He tried to get out of every thing and I told him I would write a review, he threatened to sue me. because I said I am a pissed off customer he accused me of upsetting his staff, he has accused me of calling him a liar which he is, all of which I can prove. I gave them till Friday to repay the STOLEN MONEY they then demanded further proof. the proof is in the read out. date time Etc.I told him no as he would then want or blame it on something else and he did, he now says its potholes, I would suggest he read the mail Page 9 on Friday July 14th about damage to cars from pot holes. No mention of wheel alignment. I would have had to have driven down a crevasse to have caused the wheels to have been in that state on the readout. Of the 16 emails that I have sent to them in the hope they would be honest and return my £40. I realised as each new excuse arrived that they had no intention of repaying the money they have stolen under falsely pretending to have adjusted my front wheels. they attempted and when failed said all was OK and what ever happened I had to pay for their useless time spent trying to adjust some thing they had NO idea how to adjust. You should have been honest and said sorry we cant and dont know anything about how to align your car. But chose the dishonest route to get money out of me. They should hold their heads in shame and I still expect my £40 back. I will update my review if they pay me back.

I had a puncture which the AA patched but said the tyre would not get me home, being about 50 miles away. Fortunately HiQ Belvedere was very close so I took my car in and they repaired the tyre on the spot. I expected to get a painful bill, as I had no option but to have the repair done but the charge was very modest. I was impressed by the speed of service and very the reasonable charge - well done to all the staff who came to my rescue!

I was fortunate to find HiQ on Google when looking up tyre fitters who also specialise in removal of locking wheel nuts. Not only were the staff polite and helpful they managed to remove the stubborn, worn locking nuts and fit 4 new tyres for a very reasonable and competitive price. I would definitely use the centre again and have recommended them to family members. Great service.

Ordered a complete set of tyres through Blacktyres. Arrived early for appointment, but just needed to drive straight in. All tyres were done quickly and we were out in less than 30 minutes. Great service.
