I received excellent and efficient service from the professional and helpful staff based at this centre. The seem less teamwork and client centred service provided by Jamie,Darren and Kim made having a tyre replaced and traction checked on my car a hassle free experience. Appropriate and relevant information provided about the cost, procedure ,timing etc at the outset besides inspiring confidence was most useful allowing me to make an informed decision. The work was completed both efficiently and effectively and on time--excellent organisation!! This was my first encounter with HiQ and I was not just greatly satisfied with the service I received but will have no hesitation in recommending this garage to family/friends.

A recent service suggested that the brake discs on my car had worn dangerously low. Of course, this is such an important thing that you can't chance it with shoddy work because of the safety. I phoned around local and 'big-name' garages for quotes, and then tried HiQ- I didn't even know they did brake repairs! The quote they gave me was literally half that of another well-known garage. I took my car in, and I'm happy to say that the work was done quickly and competently by the friendly team that greeted me at HiQ. I picked up the car later that day, now with peace of mind that my car would stop safely in case the worst happens. I would absolutely return for further work, and would recommend them to friends and colleagues in an instant.

Good knowledge of my car, it's computer and the tyres. Excellent price online No funny business is a good strap line, doing exactly what they say. Tidy and clean. Very helpful to an elderly lady who arrived behind me, nice to see.

The staff were very helpful when I booked the car in for replacement tyres, giving a competitive price. When I arrived, the work was done quickly and efficiently. Everybody was very helpful. No complaints whatever!

Popped in on a Saturday at 12pm on the off chance that they could replace two tyres & check the wheel alignment, I knew they closed at 12:30pm so was expecting to be turned away. This didn't happen, instead they sorted the tyres & wheel alignment out all in about 20 minutes. Easy, polite & pleasant to deal with! Thank you.

My first visit to HQ in Bath was a really nice experience and I was going to write a review but just never got round to it. But after my nightmare on Saturday 7th May when I was late to take the dog to the vets and then discovering my car had a puncture which ment having to ask the wife to use her car which is a challenging to say the least !! Then changing my wheel and ashamedly never having done it before was really mind boggling as the car fell of the jack twice !! But then on my arrival to your tyre centre things were taken out of my hand and I was made to feel like I was not a problem and they ran around very quickly and repaired the tyre and set me on my way. Without doubt the best customer care both times I have had the pleasure of receiving and would recomend them to anyone. Well done guys and thanks ! Paul

One star because you can't select less Say the icon that say's they do motorcycles, rang them up to be told no they don't. But your website says you do. "Don't know about that but we don't" - Very helpful. I bet the website will still say they do in 2 weeks time!

I had a new battery fitted by HiQ Bath on 13th February 2014. It was a heavy duty battery for my Land Rover. When the cold weather hit us in January, the battery began to struggle to start the vehicle, so yesterday (26th Feb 2016), I had it tested and it came back with the report that it should be replaced. The garage that undertook the test suggested that I take it back to HiQ to check the warranty - often three years. When I went there, I was told that it was a two year warranty and I was thirteen days outside it, therefore there was nothing to be done. While this might be the letter of the agreement, a battery lasting just two years is not a good advert for a company. Needless to say, I have gone elsewhere for a replacement. The comment of the other garage was, "What price customer loyalty!" I would have loved a full replacement, but would have accepted an acknowledgement that this was an unusual failure and the offer of some kind of discount. HiQ offered me nothing. Sadly I won't be returning.

Hi Ian We are disappointed to see you had an issue with your battery... we are bound by the terms of the warranty and i would ensure that all the systems are working correctly as these can drain the battery. The company who make the battery do not bend on the warranty times and we cannot afford to replaced parts outside of warranty periods....if it had been an issue with the labour charges we would certainly have the option to do that free I know that Roy did offer you an upgraded replacement at the same price however you decided to go to another garage

I have had bad experiences being out of my own area and visiting a new garage but HiQ Bath were knowledgeable, helpful and kept costs to a minimum - all in a short visit. Well done - especially on a hot Friday afternoon. Thank you

Efficient and knowlegable.  Solved a problem my regular garage could not fix.   could do with some up to date magazines to read in the waiting room! 2008 is a bit out of date.!

I have used this branch of HiQ several times based on price, when I needed wheel alignment checking and adjusting I put a call in to check they could do that on my particular vehicle.  When they advised they could I asked the best time to visit to avoid waiting and duly turned up at 08:30 this morning. No messing they took the car straight in checked the alignment, advised of the adjustment needed and got the job done.  Tyre depots are workshops and not places of comfort; HiQ in Bath is kept tidy and the helpful informative staff mean you leave feeling reassured.

I bought 2 new tires from asda online and chose Hi Q bath to fit my tires. SO I went to Hi Q and my tires was fitted. Since then I was monitoring my tire prpressure and notice on one of my new tire I was losing pressure. I went back to Hi Q and they remove the tire and fitted back. I just had my rims painted and they just damaged the paintwork all around the rim. I will definitely wont come back there.

  Hi Aaron Sorry to see you had a problem but when wheels get refurbished and only the front is painted then there is always issues when the tyres are removed as the paint has not bonded with the whole of the wheel  The losing of the pressure was caused by wheel corrosion as we had to grind back the inside of the wheel to get a seal on the tyre. We do try and ensure we do not mark any wheels but unfortunately no matter which tyre store had fitted the tyres. The outcome would have been the same  If you are going to refurbish the wheels properly we would be happy to strip the wheels and refit the tyres free to show that if the refurb is done properly then the paint will not come off during the process

Excellent , Effecient and friendly !!! I have this experience every time I visit this HiQ branch . The manager , assistant manager and the staff member who replaced my tyre were all excellent . This was my 4th or 5th visit and I always come away feeling very satisfied with the service I recieve .

I've been here a few times now for various things, (new exhaust, servicing, etc.) and would recommend to anyone. Fast, efficient and high quality workmanship, as well as very reasonable pricing. The staff are friendly and very knowledgable about all aspects of the industry and were very helpful. Plan to visit a lot more in the near future for car modifications!

Called at 1245 today (Saturday) to check if they had a tyre in stock for my range rover. Was told they probably didn't and that it couldn't be checked as computers had just been switched off. Website says they should be open till 4. Maybe nice just had an unlucky experience but the lack of customer service wouldn't inspire me to use them.

Sorry to see your comments. The store has always closed at 12.30 however we are normally there until 1ish most Saturdays 

Range rover tyres are not carried as a normal stock item

The computers run a week end procedure once they are shut down and cannot be reset for 2 hours. 

There is an issue with the web page which should have been resolved previously. I do apologise if your experience was less than satisfactory.

On the cold and frosty Saturday morning we were due to go on holiday for the week, we got in the car all ready to go away, rolled down the electric windows to clear the frost, then DISASTER. The motor in the electric window broke and the window was stuck down. Panicking about the potential of having to cancel the holiday, I drove around in search of a garage open on a Saturday morning. Having made a few unsuccessful visits to other garages, we sat outside Hi-Q waiting for it to open. 10 minutes later the staff opened the doors, and I explained my predicament expecting a 'too busy' or a '2 days to order the part' etc. Instead to my surprise and utter delight, they asked me to pull into a bay and they began dismantling my door. Rather than carry out an expensive repair, they found a way to fix the glass in place with some wooden panels, meaning I couldn't open the window, but my holiday was saved! Car repaired within 2 hours of the issue occuring. They also didn't charge me for any materials, only an hours labour!Marvellous service, and I would happily use them again.

I contacted them regarding a change of tyre after a flat. I arrived on Saturday morning. The  chap gave me the option on tyres was efficient and took my car in straight away. They made it very easy.
