A leading regional fast fit franchise has pumped over £50,000 into rebranding two of their garages in a bid to enhance customer satisfaction and recommendation.

Established in Telford and Shrewsbury for over a decade, HiQ operated under franchise Easy Tyres and Autocentres has been completely revamped with updated interior and exterior design as well as new car MOT equipment.

Part of the HiQ network’s largest franchise with 22 centres, the new-look Shrewsbury and Telford centres are part of a wider investment to bring uniformity across all centres with the brand’s refreshed corporate identity.

Owner and franchisee of HiQ Shrewsbury and Telford, Chris Kisby, said: “We’ve made every effort to give both centres a new look that’s more welcoming and comfortable for our customers.

“Over the years, both centres have established large customer bases in their respective areas driven through a dedication to customer care and standards. We want to support this with an environment that showcases our high standards and invites customers onto our forecourts. ”

£10,000 has been invested in new signage and interior refurbishment at HiQ Shrewsbury and £40,000 has been spent on HiQ Telford where a new MOT testing lane has been built to expand the centre’s business offering.

“We’ve invested a lot of money into both garages but we know the investment will have a positive effect on growth and customer experience.”
