Leading fast fit retailer HiQ has congratulated the businesses that have actively improved standards and performance in 2010, as the network continues to increase capability across its 150 centres.

At the company's national franchise conference, HiQ recognised a number of businesses for their outstanding performance and brand commitment of a 'fast fit you can be sure of.'

Franchisees Chris Kisby and Calum Mason were highly commended for their individual Erdington and Lanark centres, while Justin Roberton and Gary Thomson were praised for the successes of their franchises in the South West, Justin Roberton Ltd and S W Tyres Ltd.

Each business was said to be at the forefront of the HiQ network, pushing performance with increased profit and turnover and impressive levels of customer satisfaction and recommendation.

Justin Roberton Ltd, with centres in Bodmin, Truro and St. Austell boasted significant growth after opening a new centre in Helston and Gary Thomson whose centres are in Honiton, Weston super Mare, Exeter, Bristol and Bath increased his franchise with the acquisition of a new Taunton centre.

HiQ retail director, Peter Tye, said: "It is important to recognise the businesses that are really excelling and driving the HiQ brand forward.

"Despite being faced with tough trading times, these businesses are increasing standards and performance across all areas, outperforming the rest of the HiQ network.
