Pleasant staff, really can't fault the personal element of the service, but despite being booked in for a minor tyre repair I was on site for almost an hour and a half. I had a puncture. Getting the tyre repaired took 45 minutes, which as anyone who's been to a tyre shop knows is an absolutely extraordinary amount of time to take. I even had the tyre off the car ready before arriving as I was very pressed for time. Putting the wheel back on the car afterwards took a further 25 minutes!!! I asked for the wheel to be put back on the car and I believed that a professional with the full equipment available could do this very quickly. I was so, so wrong. With minimal equipment and in a field yesterday I changed the tyre in a tiny fraction of that, far fewer than 10 minutes. Before arriving on site the lady on the phone had been saying how busy they were that morning and had two other tyre repairs to complete and that is why I had to wait until 10am before I could get the car in for the repair. If every minor job takes that long, I can understand why. In summary, I had 6 people waiting on me to get back from what should have been a very quick repair and this put a considerable dent in our day. I remain stunned at the dawdling, lethargic service I received, and being told that "you made your choice to come here" as if I knew full well how poorly I should have expected to be served. Please bear in mind that your customers time is as precious as yours, perhaps more so when many people are impacted. I really cannot convey the dismay I felt today, but I hope that the above gives you a flavour. Regards, Jack

  1. No purchase necessary. To enter the prize draw simply complete the feedback form telling us about your HiQ experience and submit this online within 90 days of your invoice date. Only entries received on the official form will be deemed valid.
  2. This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding HiQ/Goodyear Dunlop Tyres UK Limited employees and their immediate families, participating tyre dealers and their employees, Goodyear Dunlop and HiQ agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  3. Only one entry per household per visit.
  4. Offer ends 31st December 2016.
  5. No cash alternative is available and all rewards are non transferable.
  6. A winner will be selected at random under independent supervision from all valid entries on a monthly basis.
  7. The first entry selected will win £100 in Love2Shop vouchers redeemable as outlined in the voucher suppliers terms and conditions.
  8. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. The winner will be notified by telephone/email within 7 days of the draw date.
  10. Winners may be required to provide a copy of their original HiQ invoice to confirm their entry is valid before any prize is released.
